Leigh Gavin is the Chief Investment Officer of Cbus Super, Australia’s specialist superannuation fund for the building and construction sector, with AUD$110 billion funds under management and over 900,000 members. He leads the fund’s investment strategy and works closely with the Board’s Investment Committee, bringing broad experience from senior investment roles at Cbus, AustralianSuper, LUCRF Super and Frontier Advisors. Leigh has been involved in the profit-to-members superannuation sector for over 25 years and brings a strong commitment to member outcomes.
